- Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
In order to resolve your cancellation request. Please pick one of the options below:
- Refusing the shipment at the time of delivery (warning: some drivers will not be able to take it based on their truck’s space)
- Return the item for a refund. Please contact [email protected] and one of our agents will walk you through the return process.
- Can I check my order status?
Please email us at [email protected] and we can fullfil your tracing request. Once your item has been shipped we will send you your tracing information.
- Is there any warranty and what is covered?
For Samsonite products the warranty only covers manufacturing defects, it does not cover any damage caused by misuse (such as transportation of unusual items), neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage (by airlines for example).

High Sierra products are warranted to the original owner for the lifetime of the product against defects in materials or workmanship under normal recreational use.
If your High Sierra product fails due to a material or manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.* Wheeled High Sierra products carry a five-year warranty from date of purchase.
- Do I require my receipt to receive warranty coverage?
It is preferred that you submit your receipt when you seek warranty service, but it is not typically required.
